Port Richey, Florida -- A man was pepper sprayed and shackled after he allegedly attacked a taxi cab driver and refused to go to jail quietly.
Police say Roberto Garcia got in the cab around 2:41 a.m. Saturday and started yelling at the cab driver in Spanish. When the cab driver told him he doesn't speak Spanish, Garcia reportedly jumped over the front seat and punched him multiple times in the face.
When the deputy arrived, Garcia appeared extremely drunk and resisted arrest. Once in the patrol car, the deputy said Garcia kicked the cage twice and refused to stop.
