The Fit Forever Adult Exercise Program is a perfect way to shed some unwanted pounds after the holidays.
There is a class on Thursday, Dec. 27, from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m.
The location is 6630 Van Buren Street in New Port Richey at the New Port Richey Recreation and Aquatic Center.
It's only $3 per class.
