As part of the Great American Smoke-out, here's your chance to kick the habit with tons of help..... for FREE.

As part of the effort, you can start attending a local Monday Quit Smoking Support Group at the Pasco County Health Department.

It now happens Mondays from 1 - 2 p.m.

It's taking place at 10841 Little Road in New Port Richey.

There will be free tobacco cessation supplies, brochures, posters and window clings for your office,, business or school.

Pasco County - Time to spend some time at the YMCA - for FREE!

In honor of National Family Health Month, the Y is offering free weekend access to its facilities throughout October.

Try out the pool or the fitness center, or any of the programs for children at no cost.

Just for stopping by, residents can receive an extra three-day guest pass.

Plus, if you decide to purchase a membership, select locations will waive the join fee this month if you make a donation of canned goods.
