Victim identified in fatal bike crash | News
Port Richey, Florida - The FHP has identified the bicyclist fatally injured when he was struck by a vehicle on Moon Lake Road near Chipley Street Saturday morning.
He was Gabriel Stalin Eusebio, 40, of New Port Richey.
Troopers say he was struck from behind by a Chevy HHR driven by Jared Dey, 21, of Port Richey.
Charges are pending completion of the accident investigation, the FHP said.
