New Port Richey, Florida -- Earth Day is right around the corner and to celebrate the City of New Port Richey's Cultural Affairs Advisory Committee, in cooperation with the Parks & Recreation Department, brings you a free screening of Wall-E.

The film will be shown in Sims Park, downtown New Port Richey Friday, April 15.

The event begins at 7:30 p.m. with the screening to be held at 8 p.m. (or dark).

Representatives from Ecology Florida will be at the park offering a free Wall-E storybook to anyone who becomes a supporter, while supplies last.

Port Richey, FL -- On Feb. 1, the Port Richey Community Redevelopment Agency Board of Directors decided to move forward with picking a consultant to help the city design a master plan to improve the Port Richey Waterfront Park. 

The city will begin the process of looking for a consulting firm that has public park planning and  civil and environmental engineering experience to create the plan. The public will be invited to comment on the planning process for the phased improvement plan for the Waterfront Park property.

Pasco County, FL -- West Pasco County will be going wild the weekend of Nov. 18-20 when the Pasco EcoFest takes over 10 county and state parks for a weekend of outdoor exploration and adventure. Come explore the beauty of Pasco County and take part in one of the many exciting events planned.
