Ride for FREE with Pasco County Public Transportation

Pasco County, Florida --The 8th annual National Dump the Pump Day encourages people to ride public transportation (instead of driving) and save money. Ride for FREE with PCPT.

The 8th annual National Dump the Pump Day on June 20 is a day to highlight that when gas prices are high, using public transportation is a great alternative to driving that will help people save money.

If you're a fan of the Tampa Bay Lightning, here's some great news for you! There are free lessons waiting for you to learn how to play hockey! That's right - FREE hockey lessons!

You can head to the All Sports Arena in New Port Richey on Friday, November 16 at 6 p.m. to take part in the lessons.

The location is 7716 Rutillio Court in New Port Richey.

There's going to be a massive yard sale event next Saturday, November 3 beginning at 9 a.m.

The free event takes place at 2112 Hammock Park Court in Trinity.

There will be furniture, toys, clothes, books and household items.

Also, it will involve more than five homes within Cameron's Point subsection of Foxwood at Trinity.

Free health screenings at Carrollwood Sam's Club

Tampa, Florida - Sam's Club on North Dale Mabry in Carrollwood is offering free diabetes and vision screenings for members and the public on Saturday, September 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

According to the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), about 1.9 million new cases of diabetes are diagnosed each year, and the disease is the leading cause of new cases of blindness in adults in the U.S. If trends continue, 1 out of 3 U.S. adults will have diabetes by 2050.
